Engineering services for 37.5 acre industrial site included the design and permitting of complex paving, drainage and industrial stormwater treatment and detention facilities to meet the stringent industrial wastewater requirements for concrete facilities. Structural engineering services included the design of the heavy foundations and the design of the various industrial buildings, including the large automated batch plant building containing a 90′ span roof. AGA helped develop the special industrial wastewater rules with FDEP and has worked on approximately 120 concrete production facilities throughout the state of Florida.
