AGA offers complete land development design services from initial due diligence for a property through, design, permitting, construction observation to final inspections and certification of construction.

AGA has experience in performing studies of drainage problems for existing developments, identifying deficiencies and implementing design solutions.  Those studies can then be followed by full design and permitting of drainage system upgrades.

AGA offers design and permitting services for industrial facilities that includes complete land development design and permitting, structural design of industrial buildings including obtaining building permits and environmental permitting for industrial wastewater.

AGA offers design services for highway structures for governmental and private clients. This includes structures related to transportation facilities such as highway bridges, signal mast arms, cantilever sign supports, box culverts, retaining walls, and MSE walls. Using the full complement of FDOT design software we are able to prepare designs that are in compliance with FDOT standards. AGA provides the necessary support services to inspect, evaluate and report on condition of existing structures as well.
